I WORK FOR YOU!

My job as your agent is to help you be as successful as possible. I work diligently for the clients who hire me, and I promise to do these 3 things.

  1. Protect Your Business. I will help you understand the biggest threats to your business, and your livelihood. What can we do to mitigate those risks, through risk management, training, and insurance coverages? What internal policies do you have that need to be created, updated, or reviewed? What kind of employee training do you need to conduct?

  2. Save You Money: I represent you. As an independent agent, I will fight for you and make sure you always get the best price from the best companies. I will review your policies regularly to make sure you have the coverages you need, but aren't paying for things you don't need.

  3. Save You Time: It is my job to to handle your insurance needs. I have an excellent support team to make sure I am able to handle any request as fast as we can. I understand that you have a lot of responsibilities, and insurance is not one of those.

If you had an employee, who you paid a considerable amount of money each year, what would you expect from them? Would you expect them to make decisions in the best interest of your company? Would you expect them to act as an extension of you, and represent you appropriately while they are conducting business? Would you expect them to inform you of any dangerous risks they find to you or your company? Would you expect them to answer their phone, respond to emails, and handle their business in a timely matter? Any employer would reasonably expect the answer of all of those questions to be YES. This is what you should expect of your insurance agent.

Unfortunately, many people see insurance as a commodity, that is sold in a transactional way by agents who are bounty hunters searching for their next commission. Insurance is not a commodity, like gasoline or electricity. It is a complex contractual product that needs to be fully understood by both the buyer and the seller. Too many uncovered claims, and overpriced policies are sold by agents who either: 1. Don't understand it, or 2. Don't care to understand it.

I may not have a permanent desk and chair in your office, but I will work for you as if I did.
